As we close out 2018, I am grateful for all the clients last year who trusted my Team and I to represent them on their very personal and mindful financial decision of buying or selling in Rim Country – it was our pleasure to represent 140 families, for a total of more than $65 Million in sales!

 

Since beginning my Rim Country real estate career in 2004, I have represented thousands of clients. I started as a Buyer’s Agent, representing just buyers. It is so fun to be a part of someone’s decision as they fulfill their dream of a vacation home that their family can enjoy, their children can experience nature and they can make memories that will sustain their family through future difficult times. It’s also amazing to help people as they finally get ready to retire and can live anywhere they want, and they choose Rim Country – their giddiness of excitement is contagious. Through the years, so many of these clients became friends.

 

Now that I represent exclusively sellers, it’s a mixed bag – sometimes they are selling to open a new, exciting chapter of their lives, like moving to another dream destination or to be closer to a growing family. Unfortunately, sometimes its due to a death of a spouse or serious health concern. There is nothing so personal and intimate as advising a recently widowed client who never made housing or financial decisions prior to her husband’s death or holding a client’s hand and crying with them as they just found out that their cancer came back … again.

 

To all my clients, thank you for trusting me to be a part of your journey. I hope you felt my individual attention and focus on you, and always knew my heart was with you as we went through the process of selling your house. If you were awake at night, worried about some aspect of the sale, know that I was awake as well, my mind wrestling with how to fix the problem. Thank you for your trust.  With a new year comes new excitements and new trials. While experts predict there will be a market shift in 2019, I look at this as an opportunity to use my and my Team’s expertise to help more clients and be steadfast

in my resolve of putting clients first and helping them navigate what may be a more stressful process than normal as we effectively sell their house.
