Melissa Cave is a Native Arizonan who grew up in Scottsdale and spent time camping on the Rim and at the lakes around Arizona. Melissa received her Undergraduate Degree at Northern Arizona University with a Major in Physical Education and a Minor in Mathematics. Afterwards, she went on to obtain a Master's Degree at Arizona State University majoring in Secondary Education/Exercise Science. Melissa taught junior high Math and Physical Education for 6 years and has a passion for fitness, teaching exercise classes and educating people about benefits of exercise. Aside from real estate, she currently teaches Health and Physical Education classes at Gila County Community College (Pilates, Aerobics, Strength and Flexibility training). Melissa and her husband own a construction company specializing in commercial rough carpentry projects, which has been in business for more than 20 years.
Melissa first became a
Realtor in June of 1996 and she started her real estate career in Scottsdale
and the greater Phoenix area until 2005 when she and her family transitioned to
living in Payson. Melissa has always loved the small-town feel of Payson, plus
the pine trees and the cooler weather.
